Southwell Racecourse is delighted to be hosting the Winter Derby for the second year! The Winter Derby is a Group 3 flat horse race in Great Britain open to horses aged four years or older.
Last year saw Military Order ridden by Daniel Tudhope and Trained by Charlie Appleby become victorious in the winter's most prestigious race.
Featuring the best of the best. This fixture is one of the 162 Premier Racedays across British horseracing that showcase the best quality racing in the sport. Expect to see high-quality racing! With over £290,000 in prize money across the card, it's not one to miss! We also have The Hever Sprint Stakes which is a competitive Class1 Listed Race!

We will also be showing Ireland v Wales at 2.15pm and England v Scotland at 4.45pm in the betting hall so you can enjoy two sports in one day!
